Principal Dr. Pheirim

Dear Primacy,

In 2006, I had the opportunity to serve as a teaching faculty in the infancy of Taipei Adventist Preparatory Academy, what you know today as The Primacy Collegiate Academy. The experience left an indelible imprint on me for many reasons, not least of which was how the school, as a collective whole, earnestly strove towards cultivating the essential life skills and values in our students that would be pivotal in achieving their own individual goals.

Through the years since then, even as I held leadership positions in schools in Taiwan and Mainland China, I continued to watch and appreciate the different paths that students from this institution took. I have witnessed students from this institution branch out and be successes in the fields of medicine, a broad range of the arts, science, technology, entrepreneurship, athletics, media, social work, and education, to name just a few.

This spirit of focusing on student outcomes, recognizing the uniqueness of each student, and facilitating mechanisms for individual student success has always been intrinsic to what makes Primacy special. Our adaptive transformation and program initiatives ensure that student success continues to remain the heart of all that we do.

Together, with the unwavering dedication of our faculty, staff, and the wider community, we will continue to build on this strong foundation with the confidence that our students will carry the values and education they receive here and shape the world in significant ways wherever they go.
