About Primacy
The Primacy Collegiate Academy was established in 2002 as an international program where students holding Taiwanese or foreign passports can access an authentic, American education, and go on to study abroad after graduation. Primacy also offers evening class for students who are not full-time Primacy students.
90 Minute Classes – 6 to 7:30 PM – Monday to Thursday

Monday – Reading Adventures
Reading is one of the biggest struggles for students, so Primacy’s reading classes are designed to capture students’ attention, boost comprehension, and help them score well on the TOEFL and SAT.
Tuesday – Grammar and Writing Wizards
Push through your struggles with Grammar and Writing with clear instruction and detailed practice. Application-based learning helps students retain concepts quicker and boosts scores on exams.
Wednesday – Speak and Shine
Struggle with the confidence to speak? An English immersion environment with a caring and considerate foreign teacher will give you the confidence to speak up and practice English and boost TOEFL and IELTS scores.
Thursday – Listen Up!
Listening to English by native speakers with a variety of accents can be challenging. No matter what level you are, we’ll boost your listening and comprehension with an English immersion environment and vocabularly practice.
